Sam is the Chief Insurance Officer at Arta Finance, a Ribbit Capital and Coatue funded startup aiming to make the financial superpowers of the ultrawealthy more accessible. At Arta, she works with people to create wealth management and insurance solutions, so their family is cared for, even after they're gone. She currently serves on the Board of One Degree, a licensed general insurer based in Hong Kong and is a start-up advisor at 404Harmony, a start-up advisory board and accelerator. Â
 Sam has been a pioneer in the insurtech space and worked to bring insurance to where people already were interacting online instead of getting people to come to insurance agents. Prior to her current role, Sam was based in Hong Kong and Bangalore and spearheaded first-of-a-kind insurance partnerships with super-apps like Alibaba, Tencent, GRAB, and Flipkart. Previously she managed the multi-billion dollar Accident & Health portfolio for MetLife Asia across nine markets and was Chief Distribution Officer and Interim CEO for MetLife’s $1B+ AUM Hong Kong business. She also served as an executive board member for MetLife Hong Kong and MetLife Vietnam. Prior to moving to Asia, she led strategy for MetLife’s global employee benefitsÂ
business across 30+ markets and led operations at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield’s retail business in Richmond, Virginia. Throughout her career, Sam’s superpower has been converting insurance complexity into practical innovation. Â

Sam has also advised Fortune 500 CEOs as a management consultant at Bain & Co and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Michelle is a passionate revenue leader in financial services and fintech. She is the Head of Commercial for Summer, the leading student loan platform. Michelle is also the Founding Partner of Crest Collective, a consulting collective focused on seed to Series A startups. Michelle was recently SVP, Head of Enterprise Sales at Vestwell, a digital 401(k) provider helping millions of people save for retirement, and previously led commercial teams and strategic initiatives at BlackRock (San Francisco, Hong Kong, NYC), Apex Clearing, and Harness Wealth.
Michelle is passionate and committed to equity in fintech, in particular women in fintech. She is the Co-Founder of NYC FinTech Women, a 15k+ member organization dedicated to empowering, connecting, and promoting women in fintech. While NYC is in the name, NYC FinTech Women run events and programs nationwide including in San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, and Chicago. They launched an annual awards platform, Inspiring FinTech Females, that recognizes over 50+ women each year culminating with a celebration event at the New York Stock Exchange.
Michelle frequently speaks on fintech and workplace topics at leading conferences, events, and podcasts. Ann Lucchesi is a Sr. Director in Wealth Planning  at Silicon Valley Bank in San Francisco. She works in the private bank division, serving as a key contact between tech banking and the private bank relationship advisors.Â
She is responsible for delivering educational programs, providing thought leadership and facilitating lead generation to the private bank. She’s also a subject matter expert for all things related to private stock and equity compensation. In her current role, she’s primarily focused on helping founders and executives of private companies plan across their entire balance sheets.
In addition to her career at SVB, Ann is a certified financial planner and certified equity professional. She has also spent time working with companies on pre-IPO planning and post-IPO equity management. Throughout her career, Ann has enjoyed connecting clients with professionals who can help solve their financial planning issues and educating them on how best to achieve their financial goals. In short, she loves helping people understand their financial life.
Ann holds bachelor’s degrees in international business and finance from Oregon State University. She also has an MBA in finance from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. When she’s not working, Ann love spending time with her family, reading, cooking and gardening. Some of her favorite times are hosting Texas Holdem tournaments with friends.

Christina is the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Arta Finance, a Ribbit Capital and Coatue funded startup aiming to make the financial superpowers of the ultrawealthy more accessible. She leads product marketing, growth, and launches for private market products, turning client needs into innovative solutions, such as developing new features or educational materials, to help them invest with confidence. She is passionate about storytelling and bringing teams and ambitious people together.
She is also a mentor at StartX, Stanford’s startup accelerator, advising early-stage founders on growth and go-to-market strategy. Before Arta, she led Product Marketing at high-growth tech startups in the US and APAC, including Bluevine and Mozilla. Earlier in her career, she advised Fortune 500 executives on business strategy as a consultant at KPMG.
Christina holds an MBA from Berkeley Haas. Outside of work, she enjoys finding manta rays in the Pacific, exploring the outdoors with friends, and mentoring young women professionals.Â
